We have a reputable company reproducing the DVD's. However not all DVD players and not all computer DVD-ROM drives are compatible with burned DVD+Rs, regardless of who burns them.  Variances in DVD players (especially older models) and variances in authoring tools cause these incompatibilities. If you experience problems you need to test the DVD in other players or computers until you find one that will play it. Newer models work the best.
